It starts with a ‘discovery’ session to understand your specific needs. This conversation provides the framework and mutual agreement on how to work together to accomplish your objectives.

I approach our work together from the “inside out” by first understanding and building upon a clear foundation of who you are and what matters most and then developing the roadmap of ultimately where you want to go. This is grounded in the belief that when you come to know, embrace, and express your whole self; you are positioned to thrive in all aspects of life.

    Our relationship begins with an in-depth understanding of your coaching agenda. We will sharpen your goals and the strengths you can draw upon to get there. With a personalized roadmap in place, we begin our commitment to the work together.

  • GUIDED GROWTH

    Through coaching sessions, assessments, and reflective exercises, we get into the deep work toward your specific goals. Success indicators are identified, monitored and openly shared throughout the ‘experimentation’ process to ensure the highest level of accountability and growth.

  • REFLECTIVE CELEBRATION

    At every stage, we’ll reflect on your experience, key learnings and celebrate how far you’ve come. Once your coaching objectives are fully achieved, a transition plan is developed ensure seamless support and empowerment throughout this next stage of your journey.
